Grailed – Buy & Sell Fashion App Reviews

I like the new feature such as app automatically open when I try to use safari to make an offer. However, the message section is so buggy. I can press back button on the upper left corner. It doesnt work.

This app would be perfect if there was a way to sell. Instead I have to upload pictures to my computer and then import them from there. If I could do it all from the app it would be so much quicker.

The App Just Needs To Reflect It Exactly. More Specific Search Engine And Seller Section.

This app has amazing potential. As of now, it is has a lot of bugs: force closing, cant comment on posts, when sending and receiving messages it usually sends twice, cannot open pictures, cannot send pictures via messenger, pages get stuck forcing you to close app, when deleting recent searches they reappear and dont delete, when purchasing/selling the automated response sends a duplicate,and unfortunately the bad out weighs the good... Updates needed(to start): besides all bugs stated above this needs SELLER friendly features most importantly.

This app is brutal... Doesnt work at all on the new iOS 9. Cannot post anything. Junk, stay away.

This app is fire flames. Literally on it all day copping heat.

There is no mobile selling yet, but Ive easily purchased and searched for items in my saved preferences.

Cmon guys, lets add the ability to post/edit items as a seller. I hate having to go back and forth from the app to safari for this. Especially when the site is not mobile friendly.

Promising app but need ability to search/filter on at least two dimensions: brand & size.

Ive been using grailed far before they had an iPhone app. I loved selling on it instead of eBay because it was easier, I got my money immediately, and there was like a $3 fee. Since then grailed has been going downhill. Their increasing fees are killing me. I was excited when I saw an app finally came out for this because I was sick of taking photos on my phone of my jawnz I was selling, uploading them to my computer, and listing them on the grailed website. Unfortunately though you cannot post listings on the grailed app which is ridiculous since you can on their mobile website. This needs to change ASAP. I am a constant seller on grailed and not being able to list, or edit listings on the mobile app is extremely inconvenient. Also on the messaging part of grailed theres a little paper clip button, so you think if you press it you can send photo attachments right? wrong. The button does nothing. Please fix this grailed. Im sick of having to email or text people additional photos of my items.

i updated and now everytime i press the search button it crashes (ios 8.something)

When will we be able to post items from our cellular devices? Thats the only lacking feature for me. Once that comes and working properly Ill rate 5 stars. Keep up the good work!

The only good thing is you get messages from buyers and I like how its set up like a chat BUT how is a platform for selling have an app that you cant directly list your items on??? Grailed is the only platform that I use that I have to upload from my computer... Cmon Grailed!!!

When you press the search button the app crashes and why cant I sell on the app why do I have to do it from my computer

Can we get a filter feature so I dont have to see all these items Im not interested in and cant fit.

SHOULD BE ABLE TO POST ITEMS FROM THE APP INSTEAD OF HAVING TO GO TO WEBSITE AND THEY COMPANY DOES NOT GREAT CONTACT/ CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS BUT THEY ARE A GATEWAY FOR GREAT STREET WEAR. THEY ONLY ALLOW AUTHENTIC ITEMS ON THEIR SITE

Bans ppl for selling things that are not authentic even when the seller is not aware of the item for not being authentic

I really like the idea and execution of this app, the only down side is it feels kind of cluttered at times because if you search something there arent filters, also need more sorting and filters on the Feeds
