Whats the point of this app if I cant list my stuff for sale unless I use the full website
I NEED TO BE ABLE TO DELETE CONVERSATIONS!!!!!! I cant stand having all these conversations I dont want still staying there. otherwise pretty good app.
This app is useless for sellers. It doesnt let you list from the phone you have to do it from the pc or in the desktop site! Disappointed!
I love grailed everyone should use it. screw eBay
Amazing concept and website, so I downloaded the app and it kept crashing. Deleted and reinstalled 3 times but still does the same things. Really disappointed
The website was great until someone scammed me and I emailed the owners of the website and never got a response. I had to use PayPal to get my money back. Sticking with eBay.
As the title says grailed mobile is awesome though Ive had some crashes and I miss the option to sell and send pics in message I know everything will be fixed and added to and love the app for what it is!
First time trying to make a purchase on this app the seller accepted the offer but shoes had been sold. Contacted grailed because in their bio and faq they make it sound like they are willing to help the buyer if something fraudulent happens... I emailed them and all they said was oh go file a dispute with paypal. Terrible customer service...they said "will help customer file a claim with paypal"... No they just tell you to piss off and handle the situation yourself. I am starting to think they just dont care about customer service or when people get scammed and provide no help. Dont buy on this app because there are a lot of scammers on here. Tried to make another purchase of some yeezys buyer was responsive but once he accepted the offer and i sent the payment via paypal on this grailed app he stopped replying. More headaches and more paypal disputes... Save yourself the trouble and use another app.
Its nice to have grailed on my phone and browse through everything on the go, but the app takes over 1GB of my memory, lacks numerous abilities that grailed gives users when using a computer, and it also wouldnt hurt to looking into making this app more aesthetically pleasing to browse. These are the only concerns that I have, I hope they get to fixing this I the future, other than that overall it is a good app.
Put an item on it and after a day the search result doesnt even show up. App doesnt show all results. Not a good app for sellers. Move on.
I love this app and what it offers, but i would love a selling feature on the app and also a filter for shoe and clothing sizes. Other then that i do not have a problem with the app.
I recently purchased something from a seller idk Im not saying that the stuff on here are fake but my balmain sweatpants defiantly arent so be careful some sellers will have a receipt so just look for those
Great app would maybe add the ability to post items to sell from the phone and add ability to filter size and type (tops, bottoms, accessories, etc) only problem I can think of
I love Grailed and I love this app The UI is very minimalistic and presentation is super nice; however it has a lot of quirks and is missing some important key features that prevent it from being a top rated app SEARCH FUNCTION The search function is pretty garbage; it doesnt show all listings for a certain keyword, and worse yet: there is no way to separate the feed based on size or what one would be currently looking for (footwear only, outerwear only, etc). It makes it very hard and unorganized to look through many listings that dont even apply to ones needs or wont even fit regardless NO SELL/EDIT LISTING FUNCTION Pretty big oversight in my opinion. For a site that is based around the buying and selling of mens clothing; not having a Sell or Edit Listing button within the app itself is a huge disappointment. You can get around that by just pulling up the site on Safari/web browser, but that just essentially defeats the purpose of the app anyway
I am on the beta tester version and it is much smoother. I would still like notifications when something appears on My Feed and also a way to sell.
Good app overall but what absolutely murders it is the abysmal search function. If you search for something, you cannot apply any filters or sort by price. You can only "save filters" on the desktop site and cant really do so the mobile app. This is something basic that almost every site allows you to do and should be implemented immediately. What this means is you have to wade through a ton of stuff that doesnt fit you as well as stuff you cant afford to find something interesting.
I got banned for no dam reason. Was about to sell something the I got banned for who knows what. I have a feeling it was this guy who wanted me to send my things to him for a trade but I wasnt willing to. But banned me for that, horrible
This App is not made for the seller. No real way to create or edit a listing. Align the App with your mobile site
How do you sell stuff on this app
Force closes immediately
