I bought jordans and got gucci flip flops

Needs more filter when it comes to searching(you cant search by size...smh) for items other than that its perfect.

There shouldnt be a way to get scammed without getting your money back

Seems legit until you realize all your grievances with eBay just followed you to "grailed". First amazingly bad oversight. Can post items from sale on app. Actually have to use a desktop. wow what year is this 2003?! Second... users can make multiple offers without having any obligation to actually pay when accepted. In fact "Grailed" for some reason actually encourages users to make as many offers as they want, reminding them there will be no repercussions or negative feedback. Its like nobody at the company has a business degree or understand negotiation. A giant waste of time.

Takes like 10 seconds and sometimes longer for anything to load, cant make sales post at all and have to go on the browser for that. Theres a "Edit listing" button but it doesnt even work.

Why cant you delete messages??? What are you doing

Sold over 300 items over grailed over the last year or so. Its really changed the way I circulate through my wardrobe. Ive been able to sell and buy in a great community of like minded people. Makes fashion that much more fun & has helped me evolve my tastes without spending as much as I would without grailed.

Grailed finally added the feature to sell and update listings from the app, which was a vital component the app had been missing for a while. I think it is a now a full-functioning app.

This app is very cool if your looking for stuff you cant find around your local street wear area lots of stuff you can find i just wish they add a section where we can post looking to buy instead of just selling but great app overall

Love Grailed, its by far the best thing to happen to menswear since denim. However, the app and site need some design help as they are tough to use. Tiny type, bad hierarchy/readability, not intuitive at all. Feels like a high schooler designed it.

The app needs to have some sort of filtering option to allow users to choose from things like sizes and price etc..

I got instantly banned after posting my first listing, and I followed all of the rules said. Contacted support many times and got completely ignored. Didnt even ask for an unban but just for a reason

They should allow you to post grails from the site & also they should expand the filter options. And for me most importantly let you tap the picture once to see more pictures of the poster item itself. This app has very much potential but just needs work

I cant post any products. When I tap on the "me" tab, & then in the open space, the app closes. Wha?? Am I supposed to be just browsing?

1.) you should be able to save your own search preferences (your clothing sizes, shoe sizes, ect.) so you can filter it out like the website. 2.)when you search for a brand, ex searching balmain you cant filter from cheapest to expensive like you can on the main menu... Other than that... App is great , just needs fix!!!!!!!!!!

Issues with both mobile site and the app with letting me browse items. No I dont want to sort through everything on your site through keywords. Let me sort by raw denim and my size. This app and site used to be awesome :|

You cant even put stuff for sell on the app and the filters are terrible You should also be able to delete older messages

Was very excited when I saw there was an app created for grailed but no selling option kinda makes it pointless in my opinion? Im always having to send pictures to my computer which takes quite a long time

It built up over 1G cache within one week
