My seller was fantastic! I will def be a returning client!!

1st order from them, they charged my card but didn’t send a confirmation email/notify the seller/or mark the item as sold. tried to contact support but signing up with apple id means the email is diff from the transaction and they can’t assist. resetting the email doesn’t work (confirmation email yet again not sent). crazy that an app that deals with these high price transactions can get away with functioning so horribly

Nothing but hypebeast buyers trying to lowball you and folks selling Used hypebeast brands for 3x retail price. Crazy commissions fees, weak customer service, & the moderators don’t know the difference between authentic and fake even if you provide a store bought receipt because logos fade on used items.

I bought something and my seller didn’t ship it and hasn’t responded to me for 12 days and i emailed customer service and they haven’t done anything, then i tried to sell some shoes and my listing disappeared off the platform like i thought it was a glitch so i reposted them and they disappeared again without telling me a thing. The day after i got an email explaining that the shoes were taken down because they were fake (even though they were real) and i stopped posting them. Then they decided to BAN ME 3 days after for it. Now i don’t know if im ever getting my 80$ orders. Worst app and customer service of all time this is embarrassing.

This is the worse app in the world, every single time I’ve bought something there’s always been a problem. This allows for people to sell fakes and not help to get your money back. Don’t use this app they should delete this platform it’s the worse way to buy anything.

I’d love to post some clothes but trying to add my payment method results in a endless loading screen. Grailed? Nah its Failed.

Mostly overpriced thrift shop trash from Pakistan and Eastern Europe. Terrible customer support. Only 2 day window to return a defective / not as described garment. Wrong measurements provided by dishonest sellers. Price drops are fake. TAXATION FRAUD. in NYC, there’s sales tax exemption for most clothing and footwear that costs $110 or less. Why was I charged tax? And who got my sales tax money? I’m done with this company. App removed. Bye 👎🏽

Missing money from a sale that just never showed up in my PayPal, not even as pending. Also why am I the seller paying a “payment processing fee” lol in what world?! Use literally any other platform

I’m using iPhone 7 with its latest ios. Whenever I open the app it says it needs to be updated.

I had posted some old t shirts that didn’t have tags after making some sales and shipping out orders. In the description I put it was “unbranded (no tags)” but then it completely banned my account for posting simple graphic t-shirts not resembling any sort of brand of anything for being unauthentic just because it didn’t have tags. Because of them banning me I won’t be receiving payouts for any of the orders I shipped out and essentially just got robbed for my clothes and money I would have been making. Thanks Grailed

I joined Failed/Grailed two days ago and listed five items which were verified as authentic by the grilled team and then suddenly I am banned from the website with no explanation having violated no rules no reference to any rules I've broken and now I'm being told that there is no recourse, I will take my business somewhere else but wow, what a waste of time signing up and listing my items for this site.

I wish they could allow you to use this app on ipad with the screen rotating horizontally. Hopefully they add this feature

Always a great way to purchase

Sell elsewhere the app’s developers don’t even understand the concepts of time , and when you reach out with a real issue proving there’s a bug/ error in the structure of the app, they will act stupid and reply with ai sounding responses until you’ve got your life to do, and they never end up taking responsibility for the app being horribly contructed. They’re too busy always bugging you with some sale event, and strange popups instead of common sense upgrades to the app , like making the warning that offer sender is non-USA RESIDENT large letters?- nah; For that they use letters 0.1inch size letters. Good job stupidos. It’s mostly Asian no-name temu garbage that is uploaded to this platform anyway, and a few old worn out designer they put on the front page, they try to make it look like there’s something worth buying here, or installing the app. Worthless, the support doesn’t even speak correct English, or more likely they choose to do broken oxymoronic sentences on purpose, they do it to avoid admitting fault with the app, and that you just get tired of the ai sounding jargon. They betray sellers’ trust by CONSTANTLY changing terms and conditions in the background , they don’t bother to have it syncchronized with the notifications the app sends, and they reach into transactions without either party asking them to do that, like some AI big brother. That is against honest trade between two parties. Just bad and ridiculously overpriced for that.

i cannot get an answer about my deleted listings from support no matter how many emails i sent, i just got 30 dollars taken out of my sale, and i want to use my own shippping but i don’t have an option to upload my own tracking number.

My seller account was banned without any explanation. I contacted customer support to ask for a reason, but all I got was a generic response from Mark B: “We have the right to ban your account.” Every item I sell is authenticated, so this makes no sense. Worst app ever.

The new update makes the app almost unusable. It continuously kicks you off the app and is overall very glitchy.

This app is a joke, I sent out many orders and didn’t get PAID ONCE ! I emailed them about it 2 times and still nothing. The customer service are Ai like what? Terrible app to use. Only use app if you wanna get scammed

Grailed has fallen so far. First off, the “moderators” of Grailed have no clue what they are doing. This item is authenticated, this exact same item isn’t. This item with tags pictured is not authenticated, this piece with zero in-hand pictures is authenticated. What an easy job it is to look at photos, and yet they can’t even be close to consistent about it. The most recent update has ruined the interface. The “Profile” page has been shrunken by decreasing size and moving all relevant information up. Why would you make the profile information as small as possible on the PROFILE PAGE. Terribly ugly black rectangle buttons with massive grey and rounded drop shadows. Looks unintentional, and like uneducated design. And now, it’s not possible to edit your bio on mobile. When editing the biography, the “Save” button is blocked by the keyboard, making it actually physically impossible to save your biography. Wow.

got banned for violating their terms of service for simply reselling a piece shady since one of the sellers got mad at me for a 1 star and i get banned an hour later.

For some reason, I haven’t been able to log in or reset a password on this app and you can’t use it without logging in. After many emails back and forth without concrete help, their final advice to me was to get a new email address - just to use the app 🤨

Crashes every time, without fail, when I try to go to my loved items

This app is terrible, I keep trying to post shoes it says it will be under review should be coming back max 75 hours it’s been 3 weeks it’s still under review, these people can’t legit check the shoe correctly , customer service is even terrible I’ve had a friend get scammed here I mean you’re better to just sell on eBay at this point , app is bad.

Makes the customer pay 30+ dollars for shipping, (doesn’t even go towards shipping goes to Grailed) then proceeds to make the seller still pay for the shipping, and then proceeds to take a portion of your payment

Last year, i purchased a Travis scott utopia hoodie for 350$. He sent me a shipping number but said he didn’t have the hoodie cause he was at a "Family vacation" and said he could give me a refund or wait a bit more, i asked to wait because i really enjoyed the hoodie and ive been on this app for a good 3 years and i have made 49 purchases and they have all been fine, so i trusted him and thought everything would be fine. I’ve waited since december 2023 and i haven’t gotten no refund, no package, or nothing. I’ve messaged him numerous times and he haven’t given me anything. So i reported him and sent a message to the grailed team 2 months ago and i haven’t gotten no message back, and i can’t even leave a review on him because i didn’t even receive the package. This is a well trusted website and i do recommend it but they have to work on the "Purchase protection" they say they provide. This is honestly horrible and now i am down 350$ with nothing back.

I like this app, but as a seller its is plagued with bots. Virtually every listing recieves fake sales confirmation messages. This is a high visibility issue and has not been resolved for years. Im tired of reporting these to grailed and acting as a free bot identifier. Im concerned about the security of the site and my personal data.

Don’t buy from this app!! I ordered one thing from here. Packaged never got delivered, it’s been two weeks trying to get a hold of customer service and they have been no help.

I bought a pair of sneakers of Grailed and was so excited to receive them. They were a good price, looked legit in the photos, and the listing came with Grailed’s Authenticity Guarantee. I received the item pretty quickly and the shoes were obviously fake. I notified Grailed and they asked me to submit evidence that they were fake. I went to Coolkicks and did a side by side comparison of the shoes I received and a real pair from Coolkicks. It was incredibly clear in the pictures as well as the video I submitted that the pair I received were fake. Grailed, rather than protecting my purchase, continued to side with the fraudulent seller. I initiated a charge back on my credit card (thanks AmEx). In response to that, Grailed banned my account lol So much for authenticity guarantee and protecting buyers.

This app is most likely run by 5 people at this point and ai chat bots from 2020. You will get paid for what you sold almost a month after delivery and you’ll like it! That’s grailed’s new strategy this year. Personal message for you developers, your app is going to be bankrupt. Stop taking 35% of earnings as if you people do anything to deserve that type pf percentage. This app is garbo, many others like this that wont steal your money directly and let it sit so they get interest while it sits in limbo for a month. And btw ARUN GUPTA you are a fraud

I tried to post my first listing according to their tips? The first time didn’t work so then second time I made sure to post with the tags and they banned me.

It takes so much time to list a item compared to other apps Everything should be in one page as opposed to having to keep clicking next to add information about an item and having images be last is also inconvenient

I got scam the first time I used this app so I don’t recommend it. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired as well.

Search for any designer and you are bombarded with literally tens of thousands of pieces of garbage tagged “japanese brand”. Full of fast fashion junk people are trying to pass off as designer, impossible to search for genuine designer pieces. Grailed does absolutely nothing to limit people listing the same item 50+ times.

Grailed has to have the worst customer service of any marketplace app I’ve ever used. They ban accounts with no warning, accounts that don’t even violate terms of service. They’ve been known to perma-ban and ip ban account for NO REASON. Only to be told that they are “violating terms of service” with their appeal process being lengthy, unprofessional, and disgustingly disingenuous. For 5 years I’ve been trying to appeal my account with no avail.

I use this app daily, it’s one of my most used apps. Although, i believe we all would appreciate it being screen-rotating friendly for us iPhone/ipad users.

I tried selling a pair of boots that were gifted to me that didn’t fit. They emailed me saying “The branding, design elements, and/or construction of your listing seems to be inconsistent with authentic production.” I simply asked if they could explain what the issue was specifically and they banned me. I understand there is a lot of fraud going on but for the people who aren’t this is extremely rude and not how you conduct business.
